For medication we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the medication has been shipped. If you'd like to cancel an order for a full refund prior to shipment of the medication please email support@easyderm.com.

 

Replacement


We offer free replacements if you receive a defective or damaged product. If you need a replacement please send us us an email at medical@easyderm.com.

 

Shipping


We don't charge for the cost of shipping. Products are shipped out 24-48 business hours after we receive your order. Shipping time ranges from 2-5 business days. For tracking information on your order please email support@easyderm.com.

Sales Tax


We don't charge you extra to cover the cost of sales tax.
